A third-party forwarding account will provide prisoners with an opportunity to receive email messages through a family member or friend.

For example, if a prisoner stays in contact with a family member or friend (or anyone else) regularly, and that person has an existing email address, the prisoners' email messages can automatically be forwarded to that email address.  They can then print the messages and mail them to the prisoner or relay the messages over the phone.

Anyone who uses this service may submit up-to two (2) email addresses to which they want their messages forwarded.
