Hi Pauline my name is Gloria and my Husband is incarcerated now for awhile now in new york I cant speak for all States. but I just sent him money to get another T.V as the one he had died on him. Im merely assumming but I beleive they must but their own dont think Corrections is going to give him. So I would say yes he will have to get one himself.
